说起来Cupcake 一直是女孩憧憬的梦想甜品

既悠闲又满足了下午茶的馋虫
总想到《2 Broke Girl》当中Max’s Homemade Cupcake
既然不能自己做，那就去搜寻一下，满载着甜蜜的cupcake store in hk 吧
首先要说到的就是鼎鼎大名的Sift Cupcake
口味多样以及湿润的蛋糕底，并不太甜的口感，是sift 的标志
当然招牌Red Velvet 也是我的最爱
最早的red velvet蛋糕，之所以颜色变成暗红色
是因为原料当中的天然可可粉、酸奶油（或白脱牛奶buttermilk）这些带酸性的食材
与加入的小苏打互相作用而变成红色，不过现在市售的Red Velvet 为了好看，多少都会加入一些红色色素
同时草莓味，香草味以及奥利奥口味都是大大推荐
Sift Cupcake 在湾仔皇后大道东和中环太子大厦以及海怡工贸大厦都有店铺
Kiss Cupcake 也是香港很出名的Cupcake
相比于简单的sift ，Kiss Cupcake好像是把所有少女喜欢的元素都放在了Cupcake 上
你会看到可爱的粉红色，彩色珍珠等等,味道都是好吃
Kiss cupcake 在湾仔的皇后大道东的QRE Plaza 以及中环Gough Street 都有店
还有一个地方也是我最常光顾的Cupcake 店
可能很多人经过都错过了
那就是在尖沙咀广东道的连卡佛当中的Lane Crawford Cafe
在这里也是有Red Velvet Cupcake 卖的
而且味道也是一样的好,也是我在九龙发现的最好吃的Cupcake
而且配合到在百货公司的缘故,还有一些印有Fashion的白色朱古力牌子,十分可爱
拿连卡佛的卡还可以打折哦~!
